KSUPC will be bringing down the  green machine wide body 182 early saturday am. We appreciate everyone who supported us this year at the Peggs and No Tornado Caravan boogies and 60 load day. We're looking forward to a fun day(s) at Cook Field.

This boogie is still a work in process.  What has been decided as of today (10/6/08) is that the boogie is going to be the weekend of October 18th.  Jen is bringing her airplane down to Wichita sometime Friday, time to be determined, but maybe around noon.  I’ll obviously also be ready to fly at that time, but I need a little feedback from all of you, as to when we can expect to have folks ready to load an airplane!

This year we’re going back home to AC/DZ, and also going back toward the original thought for this little get boogie.  The fact that we ended up with a few factory reps. and vendors was a fluke the first year.  I checked with a few of them, and they all informed me that they were moving on to something else this year.  With the date moving, that was probably a good thing!  So, a little less hoopla this year, but no less fun!

Saturday afternoon feed this year will be smoked meat provided by Air Capital Drop Zone (Justin Carlgrin, and Jason Wojteczko smoke masters), and side dishes provided by all of you.  I guess “bring a side” is registration.  Saturday evening entertainment I think will be each of us taking on the task of entertaining each other.  Brainstorming earlier (typing an email to Jen), I’m actually leaning toward a theme party this year.  With the history of the boogie, and the first year activities, the theme is “Pee Party!”  What’s the hell is that, you ask!  Well, you can pee on anyone you like this year and it’s ok!  Anyone that is as long as it’s you.  We can even have a competitive urination games.  I’m thinking the ever popular Distance challenge, and its sister competition Volume.  Possibly as a tie in to skydiving, Style and Accuracy, along with a little Free Style, and even Head Down.
